Hello and welcome to the Reading Knights Canoe Club Website!

The Club
RKCC is Reading University's canoe and kayak club.

We are a friendly and diverse club and offer a range of skill opportunities, including whitewater, canoe polo, marathon and social paddling.

It is open to all abilities of paddler - that means that whether you are new to the waterways and want to try something new, or if you consider yourself to be experienced in a boat - we would love to hear from you!

If you're joining us in October, or are coming back, please see the Membership page, under Useful Information, for information on (re-)joining us!

Sessions

The RKCC meet every Wednesday at 2pm and Saturday at 1pm for river sessions at the club's boat shed on the River Thames. Further to this, throughout the year we take the club away on atleast 3 trips each term!

We also offer pool sessions at the club once a week where there is the opportunity to improve your water confidence and develop essential skills in a boat before going out to big rivers! At these pool sessions, canoe polo skills will also be taught and practised.

Please feel free to explore this site to get a taste for what's available at Reading Knights Canoe Club - and we hope to see you soon!
